How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If for any reason once you have placed your order you wish to cancel or change it, please email us @ sales@love-yourself.ca and we will be more than happy to assist.
Orders placed typically ship within 48 hours, therefore if you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible to change/cancel your order.
If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel, any shipping costs incurred by Love Yourself Personal Body Products will be deducted from the refund.
An item is missing from my shipment:
Please be sure that all the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered" please contact customer service for assistance via email @ sales@love-yourself.ca
Part of my order is damaged:
We take pride in ensuring that items in your order are shipped with the necessary packaging material to ensure you receive your item in new condition. If due to unforeseen circumstances your package is damaged when it is received, please send us a photo of the unopened parcel as well as any items inside that are damage and email them to us
@ sales@love-yourself.ca and we will open a case with the courier to investigate.

We are located in Beautiful British Columbia and we make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours. During weekdays.
Orders received at the weekend or on holidays will ship within 48 Business hours.
Can two discounts be used at once?
Unfortunately, we are only able to allow one coupon per order.

I received a coupon code, but forgot to use it against my order, can anything be done?
If you received a coupon code and forgot to use it, please email us
@ sales@love-yourself.ca with your coupon code number within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to help.
Shipping Costs
Love-Yourself.ca ships within Canada ONLY.
We offer FREE EXPEDITED PARCEL SHIPPING on all merchandise orders that are $100 and over (excluding taxes and coupons applied). For shipments totalling less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $14.95 for shipping.
Due to Fuel Surcharges being implemented by Couriers we have had to temporarily increase our Shipping cost to offset this increase.
During Peak Shipping times such as Holiday sales, shipping may be delayed due to the volume of orders. We will however be diligently working to have your order shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Any orders over $150.00 excluding taxes and shipping, will be shipped with Signature required.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We are located in British Columbia and all orders are shipped Via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, with a delivery time of 2 to 7 business days.
If your order says it was delivered, however you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days of the date of your order and we will open a ticket with Canada Post to investigate further. We can be reached at sales@love-yourself.ca
We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel with Do Not Safe Drop, which means if you are not at home to receive the order, Canada Post will leave a card telling you where it can be picked up.
Once Canada Post has confirmed non delivery we will have your order reshipped with a Signature required. Depending on how quickly you confirm with Canada Post non-delivery this can take up to 7 business days.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
If your product is defective, please contact us at sales@love-yourself.ca within 30 days of the date on your invoice and we will replace it. All parts must be included to receive a replacement.
